The University of Pennsylvania selected Kris Koilo, LLC for this much needed expansion and renovation of their Student Health Services. The project adds six new examination rooms for General Medicine and Women's Health, incorporating a previously vacant adjacent space. New waiting areas were inserted throughout the facility to improve patient flow. And the existing Insurance and Medical Assistant areas were rebuilt to accomodate an increase in patient load.
Kris Kolo, LLC successfully unified the multiple program requirements of this project which was designed, documented, and constructed in less than five months, within a fixed budget.
